Jodie Stansbury

Owner & Principal Planning & Designer

Hey there! I’m Jodie, the heart and soul behind Aisle Ready Events, where I’m the wedding dream planner and chaos coordinator.

To put it simply, I’m all about LOVE. It’s messy, beautiful, powerful, and transformative—something that changes lives and shapes history. I’ve had my heart broken, but the happiest moments of my life have all been because of love. Whether it's the love between couples, the love of family, or just the love we share with friends—I'm here to celebrate all of it. And that’s exactly why I do what I do.

Planning a wedding can feel like a lot (especially these days with everything going on in the world), but don’t stress—I’ve got you! My mission is to guide you through every step, so you can focus on the magic of the moment while I handle the details. With 14 Years in Wedding Planning and over 200 weddings and events planned across 6 states and 2 countries, you’re in good hands. Together, we’ll make sure your special day is as unique and unforgettable as the love you’re celebrating.

A little about me: I’m a Florida native with a degree in Hospitality Tourism and Management from the University of South Florida. When I’m not coordinating weddings, I’m living life with my amazing husband, our energetic son (who keeps us on our toes), and a love for all things flowers, craft cocktails, and dogs. Seriously—if you’ve got a pup, bring them along for a meeting so I can steal some kisses! :)

I believe in love without limits, and that life’s better when we’re all besties. Can’t wait to connect and start this journey with you!

Hi there! I’m Megan, and wedding coordination is my passion. There’s something truly magical about helping couples bring their dream day to life and being a part of one of the most important moments of their lives.

Originally from Indiana, I graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working in the hospitality industry, where I’ve coordinated events and curated unforgettable experiences for clients. The joy of seeing all the details come together and knowing I played a part in creating lasting memories is what fuels my love for wedding coordinating.

What I love most about weddings is the opportunity to tell each couple’s unique story through their celebration. Every wedding is different, and I find it incredibly rewarding to be there every step of the way—ensuring everything runs smoothly so couples can focus on what truly matters: celebrating their love.

Outside of planning weddings, I’m all about trying new restaurants and wineries with friends—because good food, good wine, and great company always make life better!

Rachel Lingle
Junior Coordinator

Hi there! I’m Rachel!

I’m originally from Orange County, California and moved to Portland in 2023. I recently completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Throughout that journey I’ve developed a deep value for helping people feel known, understood, and cared for. That perspective carries into my work in events, where I aim to create a steady, thoughtful presence behind the scenes.

I genuinely love being around people and witnessing the ways they show up for one another. Weddings create a rare and beautiful space for that. They invite people to gather, reflect, and celebrate connection in a way that feels both personal and lasting. Being part of that kind of environment, even in a supporting role, is incredibly meaningful to me.

What draws me to this work is the combination of thoughtful planning and human connection. I enjoy paying attention to the details while also keeping the bigger picture in mind, so couples can stay grounded in the experience of the day itself.

Outside of events, I enjoy trying new restaurants in the city, spending time with friends and family, and getting outside with my dog. I’m someone who values connection in everyday life, which is a big part of why I feel so drawn to this work.
